Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Shop Pay also offers installment payments so you can split your purchase into smaller payments over time.
Is it safe to order from your website?
Absolutely. We use Shopify's secure checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your information. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@paxify.io within 2 hours of placing your order. If it hasn't shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it. After that, you'll need to wait for delivery and process a return.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we're working on it! For now, we recommend choosing a piece you know they'll love—and remember, we offer 60-day returns.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after that. So expect your order within about a week of placing it.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—we're US only for now. International shipping is coming soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also check status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Contact us immediately at support@paxify.io. We'll work with the carrier to locate it. Once a package is marked delivered, we can't be held responsible—but we'll do everything we can to help.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes via USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer 60-day returns for unworn items in original condition. See our full Return Policy for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
We provide prepaid return labels—you won't pay a thing to send it back.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 2–3 business days of receiving your return. The refund typically appears in your account within 5–7 business days after that.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Just return what you don't want and place a new order for what you do—it's faster that way.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Contact us right away at support@paxify.io with photos. We'll send you a replacement immediately.

What are your pieces made from?
Our jewelry is crafted with 18K gold plating over brass (chosen for durability and lasting shine), genuine gemstones (jade, aquamarine, citrine, malachite), and authentic freshwater pearls. All pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best:
  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products
  • Store in a cool, dry place (our jewelry pouches work great)
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
Is this real gold?
Our pieces feature 18K gold plating over brass. This gives you the rich look and feel of gold at an accessible price. With proper care, the plating maintains its luster long-term.
Are your gemstones real?
Yes—we use genuine jade, aquamarine, citrine, malachite, and authentic freshwater pearls.
