Best Storage Practices

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratching. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. Our jewelry comes with a protective pouch—use it!

Cleaning Gold & Gemstones

For gold-plated pieces: Gently wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Never use chemical cleaners.

For gemstones & pearls: Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth, then dry immediately. Pearls are delicate—avoid harsh rubbing.

What about tarnishing?

All plated jewelry will naturally show wear over time. To minimize it, avoid water and chemicals. If tarnishing occurs, gently buff with a jewelry polishing cloth. Never use chemical cleaners on plated jewelry.

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Yes—our pieces are designed for daily wear. Just follow the care guidelines above, and remove jewelry during activities that might expose it to moisture.

What if my piece gets damaged?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or develops a defect within 60 days, contact us at support@paxify.io with photos and we'll replace it right away.
