Email support@paxify.io or use our Contact Form. Include your order number; we'll reply within 24 hours.
Send It Back
We provide a prepaid return label. Just print it, package your item securely, and drop it off at any USPS location.
Get Your Refund
Once received, we process refunds in 2–3 days. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days.
Return Conditions
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned within 60 days of delivery
We get it—you want to try things on. But pieces that have been worn, damaged, or altered can't be accepted.

Want a different style or color? Just return the original item and place a new order—it's the fastest way to get what you want.
Damaged item? Contact us immediately at support@paxify.io with photos. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.
